Delivery within the UK
£4.00 on orders under £60.00 by a Royal Mail First Class
Free on orders £60.00 or more  by a Royal Mail First Class

International Delivery
We deliver to overseas destinations using airsure or similar services. You will be liable for any additional customs charges incurred as these are not calculated or included in the costs of your order.

Delivery within Europe
£10.00 on orders under £120.00 by airsure or similar services
Free on orders £120.00 or more by airsure or similar services

Delivery to the rest of the world
£20.00 on orders under £240.00 by airsure or similar services
Free on orders £240.00 or more by airsure or similar services

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre. Please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refund time
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.  Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
